Indianapolis Museum of Art admission charge: Where do you stand?

After Friday afternoon's announcement that the Indianapolis Museum of Art would begin charging $18 for general adult admission, irate comments poured in to IBJ, the IMA's Facebook page, and elsewhere. I can only imaging what was going on in IMA voicemail. (See story here.)

Since then, though, others have defended the new policies, which kick in in April. .

So now that you've had a weekend to think about it, where do you stand?

What are your thoughts on the changes, how do you think it will impact your involvement with the IMA, and what do you think the long-term effects will be?

Just keep it civilized, please.
