The company, which was founded in 2014, currently has seven workers and operates out of Launch Fishers. It plans to open its new, 1,900-square-foot offices in Fishers' Nickel Plate District in March.
“The new office will allow us to increase the size of our team,” Iconic CEO Jason Hutcheson said. “We have a lot of demand, and we are excited that we will now have the space to hire new team members to keep up.”
The company—which focuses on branding, website design, creative design, marketing consulting and marketing automation—has worked with clients as large as engine maker Cummins Inc. and as small as Hamilton East Public Library. It is among a large cluster of firms headquartered in central Indiana specializing in digital marketing.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Iconic up to $250,000 in tax credits and up to $25,000 in training grants based on the company’s job-creation plans. The incentives are performance-based, meaning the company can't claim them until workers are hired.
