Lance Evinger is Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Hendricks Commercial Properties. He recently coordinated their acquisition of Circle Centre Mall and will lead its redevelopment. He is a graduate of Indiana University and has been with Hendricks for the past ten years. He was previously their Vice President of Leasing where he led the leasing effort at Ironworks Keystone, Bottleworks District, and other projects across the country.

Rodney Byrnes is Founder and President of Arrow Street Development (ASD), a real estate development firm focused on urban, mixed-use development projects that involve public-private-partnerships. He leads ASD’s placemaking efforts adjacent to the $4.3 billion IU Health Methodist Hospital expansion and along historic Indiana Avenue adjacent to Purdue University Indianapolis and Indiana University Indianapolis.The ASD executive team has executed over $4 Billion of development projects with over 50 years of combined experience. 

Prior to forming ASD, Rodney served eight years as Vice President of Real Estate Development for Strategic Capital Partners. Rodney led SCP’s efforts as master developer of the Avondale Meadows Community Revitalization in Indianapolis that invested over $80,000,000 in the form of award winning charter schools, the class A, mixed-income East Village Apartments, a full-service YMCA and a Federal Qualified Health Center and a grocery anchored retail center.

He also worked closely with the University of Indianapolis on the execution of their campus expansion plan. While at SCP, they developed over $50,000,000 of real estate in partnership with UIndy through the 164,000 square feet Health Pavilion and the 480-bed Greyhound Village student housing project.

Prior to SCP, Rodney was president of Crimson Commercial Group, a minority business enterprise that offered a broad spectrum of commercial real estate brokerage services. His clients included the United States Postal Service and the City of Indianapolis.

Rodney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard College. 

Rodney has a passion for the Indianapolis community.He is a past board member for the Catholic Youth Organization, the Mother Theodore Catholic Academies, YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Cultural Trail In, and Lewis-Hubbard group of civic leaders that supports bipartisan efforts to improve education.He is currently a trustee for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Christian Theological Seminary and Kurt Vonnegut Museum.

Rodney lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their two daughters.

J.B. Curry joined TWG in 2014 and serves as President of Development, responsible for the leadership, management, and strategic direction of TWG's tax credit, market rate, operations, architecture, construction management, and asset management teams. In 2015, J.B. initiated TWG’s market rate development division, expanding TWG’s footprint and growing relationships across 8 states.Recently, TWG’s tax credit team has maintained its position as a consistent top 10 affordable housing developer in the U.S., with recent developments delivering in Seattle, Phoenix, and the Salt Lake City area.Over the last decade, TWG’s multifamily developments have grown into 20 states across 123 communities, as TWG’s asset management team currently oversees 6,000 units owned and its construction management team overseeing 4,000+ units under construction.

J.B. graduated from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business in 2010 with a B.S. in Finance and minor in Political Science, and earned his J.D. from Indiana University – McKinney School of Law in 2013, where he served on the Indiana Health Law Review, Dean’s Tutorial Society, and founded the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.

Prior to joining TWG, J.B. practiced law at Riley Bennett & Egloff, LLP where he represented clients in commercial and business litigation, as well as real estate transactions.

J.B. serves on Stadium Village Business Association's Development Committee in Indianapolis' Southside neighborhood and on the Indiana Community Council for Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS). He is also a case mentor and judge on various NAIOP and IU Center for Real Estate Studies case competitions.

Anson Keller is a co-founding principal of DKGR, an architectural firm based in downtown Indianapolis with projects in all major markets. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Anson has contributed to a wide range of developments, focusing on creating functional and thoughtful design solutions. His passion is delivering equity to communities through sustainable, affordable housing and civic projects that lower the total cost of living for existing residents. Currently, Anson and DKGR are leading efforts on two major revitalization projects in downtown Indianapolis: the repositioning of the City Market block and the restoration of the Cole Motor campus. DKGR is committed to delivering projects that balance historic sensitivity with modern needs, ensuring long-term viability. In addition to his duties at DKGR, Anson serves as a Board Member on the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission.

Bio

Dan Parker currently serves as the Chief of Staff and the Chief Deputy Mayor of the Hogsett administration. In these roles, he collaborates with the Mayor’s executive team to determine and prioritize municipal strategies and project management, while assisting with initiative implementation. He also oversees the Department of Public Works. He began his tenure with the City in February of 2016 when Mayor Hogsett appointed Dan as the President of the Metropolitan Development Commission.  As President, Dan implemented the Mayor’s strategy of developer-backed bonding for development projects to limit the city’s debt load.  In June 2017 Mayor Hogsett appointed Dan to be the Director of the Department of Public Works. As Director, he had quadrupled the level of annual infrastructure spending without a tax increase; renewed investments in staff and equipment; introduced the Indianapolis Neighborhood Infrastructure Partnership to collaborate with neighborhoods on needed improvements; and more. During his tenure as Chief Deputy Mayor, Dan has focused on Downtown developments like the Signia by Hilton, Circle Centre re-development, and the City Market campus.  Dan has also led the city’s efforts to attract a Major League Soccer expansion club.

Dan Parker is an adopted Hoosier, born and raised in Braintree, Massachusetts.  Dan is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where he received a bachelor's degree in Government and Politics. Dan and Colleen, his wife of almost 30 years, have two children.  Dan serves on the Visit Indy and Indianapolis Cultural Trail Boards.  Dan is a member of Saint Barnabas Catholic Church on the south side of Indianapolis
