Tracy Barnes
Bio
Tracy serves as Indiana’s Chief Information Officer, appointed by Gov. Eric J. Holcomb in March 2020. In this role, Tracy sits on the Governor’s Cabinet overseeing the Indiana Office of Technology and provides strategic oversight of the State’s technology portfolio, as well as leadership on technology, cybersecurity policy and broadband expansion. Tracy also serves as the Co-Chair for the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity and also as a member of the newly created Artificial Intelligence Task Force.
Tracy has been recognized GovTech in the Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers and by StateScoop magazine as a GoldenGov State Executive of the Year. Previously, he has also been recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of the 250 most influential business leaders in Indiana and has also received accolades from the TechPoint MIRA awards and from Junior Achievement for Technology.
Tracy holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Butler University and a M.S. in Cybersecurity Law from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Bio
Todd Pedersen is the Chief Strategy Officer at Authenticx, a healthcare conversational AI company based in Indianapolis. Todd currently serves on the Board of the Indy Chamber.
Todd was the Global Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Interactive Intelligence and later Genesys Cloud Services. He was the Chief Development Officer at AIT Laboratories and was the State Director of Life Sciences at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation under Governor Mitch Daniels.
Todd has served on the following boards: Techpoint, The Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, The Economic Club of Indiana, the Indianapolis Private Industry Council, the Advisory Board to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the Indiana Small Business Loan Administration, the Eiteljorg Museum, and is the past-Chair of the Develop Indy Council. Todd was the Chair of the Council of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society. He is the former Chairman of the Interactive Intelligence Foundation, and is an alumnus of the SKL Leadership Class of XXXII (32).
Todd holds a B.A. in History and an MBA from Indiana University. He also attended Oxford Brookes University in England and was a graduate fellow in the Coro Graduate Fellowship in Public Policy in St. Louis, Missouri.
He is married to Katie, a pediatrician, and together they have four children.

Charlene Tay
Bio
Charlene Tay is the Sr. Director of AI and Data Science at the Engineered Innovation Group (EIG), an innovation and development agency specializing in partnering with organizations to build and deploy SaaS products and emerging technologies. With a background in applied machine learning and AI, Charlene has worked across the High Alpha portfolio, supporting many founders in developing their ML/AI initiatives and building data products. Before joining EIG, Charlene led data science at Pattern89, a marketing AI company later acquired by Shutterstock, where she expanded her expertise in predictive and generative AI solutions. Charlene's approach emphasizes ethical AI development and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful solutions in today's rapidly evolving technological landscape.
