“Mohr Capital’s response to a natural disaster proved how valuable it is to have a professional and competent team,” said Gary Horn. “Mark Writt with CBRE and Sam Fugate with Pepper Construction were on site and directing activities within hours of the disaster. Denney Construction brought a team to deal with the massive clean-up of Mohr’s site and the adjoining neighbor’s property. Everyone involved with MLP development contributed and proved that having the right team makes all the difference. Indiana’s Hoosier ‘can do’ spirit turned a natural disaster into a success story.”
