Bloomington downtown near full occupancy

Last year, Bloomington’s downtown netted 18 new businesses, with 25 businesses opening and seven closing, according to The Herald Times, citing a report issued by Bloomington Downtown Inc. Mitsubishi closing Greenwood plant
