With the money spend on Federal Hill Commons, and the desire to recreate west Noblesville into something special that could integrate with old town Noblesville, I would strongly encourage the council to look at a better use of this area. A storage unit will not bring character, walkability and charm to this side of Noblesville. It does not fit with trying to tie west Noblesville in with old town Noblesville. West Noblesville has so much potential, I do hope the city council and mayor get this right.
Well said Nick, this should be a resounding NO.

Absolutely do not want this in that area. Stupid idea!!! Come city council, mayor use your heads, people don’t want this!!!! Use this for schools, job training, city park, city market, antique mall, restaurants, indoor walking park, etc. Use this for the good of the people.
