But that’s not such great news. Anthem didn’t even crack the top 100 nationally.
Anthem pulled in at No. 103 among 239 health plans across the country, according to annual rankings of the nation’s health
insurance plans.
U.S. News based its rankings on customer satisfaction surveys and on data about prevention
and illness treatment kept by the
National Committee for Quality Assurance, an accrediting body for health plans.
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care ranked No. 1.
