Less than three years into its life, Indianapolis-based My Health Care Manager is going national.

The 20-person firm started a Google marketing campaign this month to promote a new $90 guidebook to help seniors and their
children coordinate care and end-of-life planning.

The company hopes the guide brings in new customers to use its software and receive advice from its nurses, who are now licensed
in all 50 states.

My Health Care Manager’s nurses, based in Indianapolis, provide guidance over the phone to seniors or their children. The
company also provides online programs through which a senior’s children
can share information and updates about their parent’s condition and various caretakers.

"We are in the right market and we’ve got the right solution," declared CEO Alan Stanford. He declined to give his
company’s
annual revenue, but he predicted it could hit $50 million in three or four years.

In the first quarter of 2009, Stanford expects to announce two or three major partnerships.

Among them would be a partnership with a national health care plan to make My Health Care Manager’s services available to
its employer customers. Stanford is also negotiating partnerships with multistate health care providers, like hospitals or
nursing homes, who will use My Health Care Manager’s materials to help their patients navigate the world of elder care.
