Subscribe NowA suspect got away from police after leading them on a chase early Friday morning near an Indianapolis middle school. The chase started at about 2:30 a.m. when city police tried to pull over a suspect at 62nd Street and Michigan Road on the northwest side. The driver took off, driving down a dead-end street next to Westlane Middle School. Police formed a perimeter and used K9 officers to track the man, but could not find him. The search was called off at about 4 a.m.
