-Developer Town Properties Inc. bought a 35,000-square-foot industrial building at 5255 Winthrop Ave. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Jon Altman of Altman Investments Inc. The seller, Ace Real Estate Inc., was represented by Bob Lindgren and Bill Brennan of Lee & Associates.
-Harold Lee Miller bought the former Mueller Automotive building at 642 and 646 Virginia Ave. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Sandra Jarvis of IndySQUARED. The seller, Lucille Mueller, was represented by Richard King III of Hokanson Cos.
