Daniels announced Tuesday that he has appointed hotel developer Bruce White and Purdue student Miranda McCormack. Both will begin their terms July 1. White will serve a three-year term while McCormick will serve for two years.
White, of Merrillville and Edwards, Colo., is chairman and chief executive officer of White Lodging Services Corp., a hotel ownership, development and operating company based in Merrillville. He also has served as a trustee of the University of Chicago Hospitals.
McCormack, of Fowler, is a chemical engineering major who has gained on-site work experience in the Dow Chemical Co-op program. She plans to graduate in May 2014.
