Maybe start with, IDK, ending murders on the canal, random stabbing elsewhere and the hyper-aggressive, professional panhandling that’s come to define his administration. No? Spending $1M on ads targeted at Hoosiers who known the truth about downtown is your strategy? Okay. Would have better luck fooling out of state folks tho. Just sayin
