  1. This is good. Indy really struggles with infill industrial jobs and reaching its labor market. The distribution centers being built out in the far-flung suburbs are hard to reach for the people who need those jobs the most. This site and Sherman Park are promising.

  2. This is huge: reusing a former giant factory site for commercial/industrial tenants. Not as a park, government offices, or hospital but as something that pays property taxes and generates decent jobs.
