  1. Some nearby residents expressed concerns that.. Pat McAFee, and his not-for-profit to help children .. “would increase crime in the area or create a neighborhood nuisance”.?? Wow, nice neighbors !! You are a good egg Pat ! Keep up the good work !!

  2. “Some nearby residents remonstrated against the project, expressing concerns it would increase crime in the area or create a neighborhood nuisance” seriously? as opposed to a vacant building???

  3. Congratulations Pat. This sounds like a great plan for your future, plus a neighborhood boost by “rebooting” a building that still has potential. Good Luck with your relocation and good work!

  4. Well I have lived in this neighborhood forever & Pat, Steve STERRETT & & Bob K are the best residents & business people in this neighborhood. ENOUGH SAID…
    Peace & Love

  5. I love the fact that you’re turning into a true, proud Hoosier! My concern is why you don’t acknowledge my Twitter posts with me sporting that good looking #1 MCAFEE Colts jersey I’ve posted… repeatedly???? Congrats on the new digs!! PEACE!!

  6. Hmmmm….foundation supporting scholarships for veterans kids…people associate crime with this? You are bitter people and maybe a church could be a good thing for you?
If you have any even limited exposure to Pat McAfee you see he is a very genuine person. Could have chased a lot of money elsewhere or returned to his home state but has chosen to keep “the boomstick” in Indianapolis – cheers!
