BASE Design-Build Group Inc., which provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, announced Thursday that it also will invest more than $900,00 to lease and upgrade its facilities at 2040 S. Lynhurst Dr.
The company, which already has hired 14 workers toward its job-creation goal, was founded by CEO Geoffrey Lewis in 2020. It offers a number of heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, refrigeration and food plant engineering services.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. has offered the company up to $1.25 million in conditional tax credits.
