Two parents were arrested Thursday afternoon on the city’s west side after their four children were discovered inside a hot car with the windows rolled up while the pair shopped for groceries. Mohammad Abdulaziz, 30, and Nasebah Khiat, 24, both face neglect charges. The children, ranging from 3 months to 5 years old, did not suffer serious injuries. An employee in a business near the grocery store in the 1200 block of South High School Road alerted authorities. Temperatures exceeded 90 degrees Thursday.
