The Dick Richwine Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty maintained its hold on the No. 2 position with $253,135,427 in sales over 2019-2020 on 715 transactions.
Mike Deck’s Team Deck, also of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, earned No. 3 for the second year, selling $233,528,333 in the two-year period and closing 410 transactions.•
Salazar repeats as No. 1 agent
Jennil Salazar of RE/MAX Ability Plus made it a three-peat as the top IBJ All-Star solo agent. Salazar closed 147 transactions in 2019-2020, for a two-year sales volume of $100,036,206.
Jacqueline Graham of Century 21 Scheetz traded places with agency colleague Andy Sheets to move up to the No. 2 agent. She closed 164 transactions and sold $59,982,969 over the two-year period.
Sheets of Century 21 Scheetz is the No. 3 agent with 146 transactions for a total volume of $57,478,400 over 2019-2020.•
