Scott Wynkoop took first place in the solo category of IBJ’s annual list of All-Star Agents for the second straight year. Wynkoop sold $45.7 million in houses in 2011 and 2010.

In second place was Jeff Kucic, with $38.7 million in total sales.

Coming in third was David Cronnin of Re/Max Ability Plus, with $27.3 million in sales.

The solo category includes agents who received only clerical help.•

How the rankings are compiled: IBJ has gathered its All-Star Agents list annually since 1997. Agents are ranked by their sales volume over a two-year period.

The rankings are based on information gathered from questionnaires sent to the largest residential real estate agencies and other agents in the Indianapolis area. Results are based solely on agent’s responses.

Only full-time agents are eligible for the list.•
