  1. So does this mean the property taxes that were expected to be redirected to pay off TIF can be redirected back to the schools, police, fire, and other areas? #YeahIKnow

    1. Profits are privatized and are due to brilliant business executives. Losses are due to factors beyond their control and absorbed by the public.

    2. High level real estate and you can bet it was part of the exit strategy.. the not paying taxes part.
