  1. Quote: “Just because people look at it and think that it might not be doable, I can’t let that stop me from getting a moderate message out there,” Wright told The Herald Bulletin. “I’m a moderate person. I feel like that message needs to get out there, and that’s important to me.

And exactly what “moderate” positions do you hold, Ms. Wright?

    1. And, JCB, there are no moderate Republicans in Washington. For that we can thank gerrymandering (which makes the primary election the one that decides the winner in most districts) and the anger and hate whipped up by the propaganda of far right radio talks shows and the Joseph Goebbels Network (aka Fox News).

  2. Only question that needs a straight answer to establish whether or not she is a moderate: Will you vote for Nancy Pelosi as speaker?

If yes, she is business as usual.

    1. Go on and flip that question with McConnell or McCarthy on a Republican. The behavior of both is so bad the last ten years they make the Democrats look good!

  3. Thomas P has no experience in getting a bill passed. If he did, he would recognize Speaker Pelosi as the most effective leader in Congress. She taught Trump he could only deliver the State of the Nation address with her approval, no dramatics. She got ObamaCare passed at a difficult time and will shepard President Biden’s bills thru the House after she has secured the votes to pass. Watch and learn.

    1. I have watched and I have learned, Jerry. And I’ve learned that P.J. O’Rourke nailed it in his book, “A Parliament of Whores.”
