  1. I’d suggest the model and physical template for 16Tech are more like Research Triangle or Silicon Valley than like Midtown Manhattan or The Loop. No towers.

  2. Still very poorly marketed to the general public a neighborhood. Unless you know it’s there through social media, you would hove no idea of the offerings. inconsistent scheduling has added to a great potential with no vibe.
