The property at 10285 W. Youth Camp Road consists of a 20,000-square-foot luxury log-built house and an expansive hunting reserve across 415 acres.
The house features six bedrooms, eight full baths and three half-baths, along with a massive indoor aquarium and waterfall, six-car garage and a nearly 3,600-square-foot guest house. A nine-acre lake sits adjacent to the main home.
The house is constructed from pine cultivated from the northern Rocky Mountains, according to the listing. Several lighting fixtures are from Utah and Alaska, and the fireplaces were built using Indiana bedrock.
The 50-year-old Stewart, a Columbus native who won three series championships during his time in the NASCAR circuit and has run in multiple Indianapolis 500s, said in written remarks the property is “his dream home.”
“We enjoyed every square inch of the land here,” Stewart said. “This became my place to get away and relax with my family and friends. The best part is that there is always something to do here. The land is great for hunting and fishing, off-roading, or just sitting on the porch and enjoying the stars at night. It is the perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation.”
The house includes a bowling lane and basement bar and is decked out with a golf simulator. A wooden bridge crosses a stream inside the house.
Carmel-based agent Carrie Holle of the Carrie Holle Group has the exclusive listing on the property. Its zoning allows uses such as a hunting preserve and a bed and breakfast.
It wasn’t immediately clear why Stewart has put the property on the market.

$30 million house, and the kitchen is so small you have to put the crockpot on the counter?
That’s a butler’s pantry. The kitchen is huge!
Is this suppose to be news? Who cares?
What are my payments with 100K down?

It looks like Bass Pro Shop threw up all over his living room.

Comment of the day.
That is funny.
Why is everyone on here so hateful? Maybe everyone doesn’t like Tony’s personality or whatever but he doesn’t deserve this. It could be he wants more liquidity or who knows.
What intrigues me the most is the choice of home type. These “mega log homes” like you see on TV have little relevance to Indiana as you can see from the choice of materials and where they come from.
A better home now days might be to move a little further west into Brown County and design and build a home facility that can withstand an indirect nuclear blast and have enough equipment, systems and food and water to last for about 6 to 10 years.
Its getting a little late at this point but who knows.
Stewart’s house should make the Friday Wall Street Journal’s Mansion section.
Possibly Tony’s new bride has something to do with it???
