Borchelt and Berman, who were married when they started Bazbeaux, continued joint ownership of the restaurant following their divorce. Borchelt opened B's Po Boy earlier this year with current husband and business partner Ryan Borchelt.
She issued a statement Friday announcing the settlement. It leaves Berman as the sole owner of Bazbeaux, which started in Broad Ripple and later expanded with locations downtown and in Carmel. The Borchelts will continue to own and operate B's Po Boy.
