Katie Lucas’ job is to advance Lucas Oil’s global standing through long-term strategic planning and business development initiatives. “Forrest and Charlotte worked tirelessly to build Lucas Oil into a company that stands on integrity, authenticity and excellence, and now my husband, Morgan, and I have been entrusted to lead our family business and our team into the future,” she said. On the strategy side, her role is to figure out how the company continues to evolve in a world where electric vehicles are becoming more prominent and new partnerships are vital to continue to grow the brand. (Lucas is now the official oil of the Dallas Cowboys and has partnerships with PBR—Professional Bull Riders—and Monster Jam.) On the philanthropy side, her mission is to make sure the company’s resources and time make the most impact. Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Wheeler Mission are some of the causes the company and its employees focus on.

Kelley, the Colts and CMS really prepared me for the myriad partnerships and sponsorships we currently have and are looking to build at Lucas Oil.”
