Graphic Packaging International plant manager Rich Maday said the company announced the plans today. Work at the plant will be moved to other factories by the summer.
Marietta, Ga.-based Graphic Packaging International also announced the closure of plants in Alabama, Illinois and Florida.
The Muncie plant prints and folds packages for a variety of consumer products, ranging from Tide detergent to KFC children’s meals.
