  1. Hope they figured in original installation cost, maintenance and repair costs, and of course solar panel replacement and upgrade costs 2-3 times in 30 years. Good luck!

    1. Kevin’s comments are uninformed. Panels are guaranteed by producers to last 25-30 years. And it appears that IPS will not foot the installation costs. IPS should be sure that the roofs are in good condition *before* installation.

  2. Solar panels remain effective after the initial 25-30 years. They run at a slightly lower effectiveness after that time.
    SunEd has a lot of experience with these kind of projects.
