  1. NO THANKS, I AM FULL.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. We have way more than enough chicken places, and local fast food mainstays already can’t even keep the doors open due to “staffing issues”

  2. Good for them if they can make it work, but as mentioned above, how far does this go? How does the business model justify a new construction build out in Westfield? They’re selling freaking chicken tenders

    1. I mean, they’ve got 150 restaurants and opening more, so the business model must be working pretty well for them at the moment, wouldn’t you think?

    2. Micah, your meds..
Marshall, my 1st words were “good for them”.
150 current locations is not an indicator of future performance. How many chains with hundreds of locations are no longer in business?
My point is twofold: their product is very trendy and about to be saturated in Indy. Also, new construction seems much more expensive than say moving into an old Primanti Bros location.
Let’s see where they are in 2-3 years. Again, I wish them well, but I think it’s about 50/50

    1. Joella’s has been in the market for a number of years (close to 5 years?), so why would they be mentioned in this article?

    2. Russell – read the last two paragraphs. All of those restaurants have been in the market for a number of years.
