  1. Great..another bland 5 over 1 megastructure that will need public funding, tear up 116th street (again), look extremely dated as soon as it is done, and will have yet more retail just like the moronic megastructrues across the street…
What’s the next area to be demolished and have another bland box put on top of it? Fritz’s? the white buiildings by the Speedway? Sunblest neighborhood?

    1. Wow Chris, I guess you are just the next coming of Frank Lloyd Wright? Do tell us all about your beautifully designed, successful projects!

  2. Bland? Are you even looking at these renderings or just come on here to take a crap on every project that gets announced?

This structure is beautiful and has an incredible amount of exposed wood detail that is found nowhere else around Fishers. The pedestals at the entrance. The coffered ceilings inside the round glass area on every level. 14 foot high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass. These condos will be stunning.

    Yeah. Very bland.

  3. You better believe that Fritz is going to make more money with his land than all the Buick’s that he has sold over the past five years. The needs of the City have changed over the past 20 years and the cityscape is a natural evolution.
