Pence announced Monday that Brian Bailey would move up to the position of state budget director and Andrew Kossack would become the budget agency's general counsel. Current budget director Chris Atkins is staying on as director of the overarching Office of Management and Budget.
Bailey is now the budget agency's general counsel and had previously worked as former Gov. Mitch Daniels' commissioner of the Department of Local Government and Finance. Kossack had worked in former school Superintendent Tony Bennett's office before becoming Pence's education and workforce development director.
The new jobs take effect July 15.
