Subscribe NowA Franklin Township school bus driver is facing criminal charges after police say he drove more than 100 children home while drunk. Officers arrested Phillip Leslie yesterday afternoon. Officers caught up with Leslie as he was returning to the bus barn. A breathalyzer reading tested him at almost three times over the legal limit. He faces preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, child neglect and public intoxication.
