The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Express MVA up to $115,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job-creation plans.
Founded in 2009, Express MVA is the largest automotive title processor in the state, serving more than 1,000 auto dealers, auctioneers and corporations. The company provides several online and software-based services that allow auto dealers to check for primary and secondary lien information.
