While your article correctly describes me as an alienated and victimized former principal of Omnicity, I played no role in soliciting or encouraging Tanner to invest in the company.
I invested all of my own money in the company via equity and unsecured debt, and lost it. I stand with investors that lost money in this venture.
Although I have never been contacted, I look forward to cooperating with the Secretary of State’s Office and all authorities regarding not only Tanner’s grievance, but on any matters relating to my involvement in Omnicity.
