ArcDesign, at 8 W. Louisiana St. across from Union Station, plans to move in February following the completion of an extensive renovation.
Principals of the 20-employee firm bought the building for an undisclosed price from a private entity called 201 North Delaware LLC.
“Our firm has experienced significant growth over the last four years, prompting the need for additional studio space,” principal Andy Hine said in a written statement.
Founded in 1999, ArcDesign will occupy the second and third levels of the building and the Barcelona Tapas restaurant will continue to occupy the ground floor.
