Investigators offer reward in canal arson-WEB ONLY

Investigators say they need help finding those responsible for a fire that destroyed the nearly completed Cosmopolitan on the Canal apartment complex. The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a $9,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the people involved in setting the blaze, which spread onto the roof of the adjacent headquarters of the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana, causing smoke and water damage.
