Marion County prosecutors expect to file formal charges tomorrow against a north-side Indianapolis man accused of beating a 14-month-old girl last week for more than an hour before she died. Tayaun Chism, 18, also is accused of attacking the girl’s mother when she tried to intervene. Doctors at St. Vincent Hospital took the victim, Lilianna Goodmann, off life support Friday. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
