Subscribe NowAn Indianapolis neighborhood was put on lockdown this morning after a carjacking and police pursuit. Police say two black males between the ages of 18 and 25 carjacked a man at gunpoint about 1 a.m. in the 2700 block of Paris Avenue. The men ditched the car near 31st Street and Boulevard Place after leading police on a short chase. They are still on the loose. The victim was unharmed. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
