  1. I was excited about Meriweather’s candidacy after reading this article. Then I looked at his Instagram and found that he promotes groups that are known for being antisemitic. No thank you, Mr. Meriweather.

    1. Robert… lol, what exactly from this article excited you for his run? Was it the part where it gives the most basic of basic information about him or was it the part where he was suspended from his job at IMPD?

    2. Hey Robert, I am sorry if it comes off that way. I am more an advocate for people being heard and their positions being understood (whether we agree or disagree). I do not condone hate in any way, being that I’ve been hated/mistreated for reasons that are beyond my control. I will listen to anyone’s concerns. I love everyone because I believe that we were all placed here to work together and not apart. Thank you for your feedback and concerns. There’s room for all of us to grow. We must learn to communicate our concerns before condemning each other.

  2. Even as a Democrat, he has to be better than Joe Hogsett. If he has any interest in trying to save what is left of downtown Indianapolis then he would be a great candidate.
