The Finish Line Inc. has hired the former chief financial officer of national bookstore chain Borders Group Inc. to take the same position at the Indianapolis-based athletic footwear and apparel retailer. Edward W. Wilhelm, 50, will take over the Finish Line post on March 30, the company said today. Wilhelm replaces Kevin Wampler, who left Finish Line in November to join Virginia-based retailer Dollar Tree Inc.
