Downtown best location for new justice center

Thanks for your thoughtful [Feb. 17] editorial on the proposed locations for the criminal justice center.

As a downtown resident and advocate for an economically sound Center Township, I think we must locate the center downtown. We have sufficient land, and I believe we need to maintain the court system’s positive economic development in our city’s core.

We have all worked many years to create an economically thriving downtown area. A new justice center downtown would keep the positive momentum going.
