State senators today are expected to vote on a plan to bail out the city’s struggling Capitol Improvement Board. The proposal is similar to the one introduced yesterday by Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. Ballard wants the General Assembly to allow Marion County to raise alcohol and car-rental taxes. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
