Cpl. Brandon Thomas said excise officers had a search warrant for the Liberty Bell Carpet & Flea Market on the city's east side when they seized the items Sunday.
The seized items included jackets, watches, shoes, purses and clothing with brand names including Nike, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, North Face and Ugg. Thomas said officers also seized hundreds of unlicensed DVD copies of popular movies.
Two U-Haul trucks and a large trailer were used to transport all the seized merchandise from the flea market at 8949 E. Washington St.
No arrests were immediately made and that results of the investigation will be given to the Marion County prosecutor's office.
