  1. It goes without saying that when Lilly does good, that usual means things are going good for the entire state. Indiana is fortunate to have such a company based here and im certain this is why political leaders here bend over backwards for anything the company needs on a political and legal level in this state. Im always happy when a local company does good because that helps with the quality of life here in the state. I remember reading that cities like NYC and others have been trying to lure Lilly from Indiana in the past but it makes more sense financially to stay in Indiana on so many levels.

    1. Lilly is expanding research jobs in Boston, NC and California – not here. Just manufacturing. But you are right, we are very lucky to have Lilly here and the money it throws off. For the moment.
