  1. Sports betting doesn’t provide any value to the economy. At best, sports betting funnels money from the poor & middle class to the 1%. Not great, but I’m not going to soapbox about it.

    But if any of these online bookies are partially or wholly owned by foreign entities, they funnel money straight out of the US economy – making all of us worse off.
