Subscribe NowScott Tittle, president of the Indiana Health Care Association, has been named executive director of the National Center for Assisted Living, an arm of the American Health Care Association. Tittle led IHCA since 2010, turning around the organization’s finances and helping to push through a construction moratorium on new skilled-nursing facilities. Tittle formerly was an attorney at Krieg DeVault LLP and a health care policy adviser to Gov. Mitch Daniels. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University and a law degree at Indiana University’s Bloomington campus.
The president of Anthem Inc.’s commercial and specialty businesses, Ken Goulet, will retire from the company later this summer. Goulet has worked for Anthem the past 11 years, living in North Carolina but traveling around the country regularly. Goulet will stay on for a few months to help pass his duties to his successor, whom Anthem has yet to name.
