This would be a classic response from Saul Alinsky, who wrote “Rules for Radicals” and claims Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton as two of his prized followers.
This is Alinsky’s rule No. 5 to take on opponents. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.”
