The company said it expects to hire as many as 80 people at its 4,000-square-foot office in the Chase Circle Building in downtown Indianapolis. The firm said it is spending $1.4 million to lease and equip the office, which it opened in July.
Another 20 associates will be hired around the state to work with clients in Fort Wayne, South Bend, Gary and Evansville.
The new positions will be in software engineering, business development and support.
Average starting salaries at iLab are $70,000 annually, according to a report the company issued a year ago.
iLab opened its Indianapolis office in 2011 on the north side of the city, on West 96th Street near Ditch Road and Interstate 465.
The company was founded in Johannesburg in 1995 and has more than 500 employees worldwide, including 50 in Indiana. The firm said it provides software quality-assurance services to more than 800 clients.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered iLab up to $1.2 million in conditional tax credits and up to $75,000 in training grants based on the job-creation plans.
