  1. I worked in the legislature back in the ‘70’s and then worked as a lobbyist. Legislators back then were a different breed than they are today. Unfortunately, too many legislators today come to Indianapolis to try and enrich themselves.

    1. And those who stand in the way of those who want to get rich run out of office, like Borst who was voted out in favor of … Waltz.

  2. Is there a reason the IBJ did not identify Eberhart as a Republican (other than in the faint cutline beneath his photo, which is attributed to the Indiana House Republicans)?

    1. Simply put….next week the IBJ doesn’t want to identify the corrupt Democrat as a Democrat. Very few politicians actually represent their constituents, just themselves and the lobby groups that pay them.
