Larissa Fox sits second chair to the corporate relationship manager, providing support while developing her skills as a banker to one day become a corporate relationship manager. She started with Old National Bank as a summer intern in 2019 and, after graduating college in May 2020, started full time in the bank’s mortgage department as a mortgage processing specialist. In November 2022, she moved to the corporate banking team as a corporate portfolio banker. In March, she was chosen to be a part of Old National Bank’s CEO Council for its third cohort, which began in May. The CEO Council is a year-long leadership program that gives participants a personal and professional development opportunity while having direct access to all internal executive team members. The commitment involves two days of personal and professional development per month and a project that remedies an immediate business need for the bank. At the end of the cohort, the participants get the opportunity to present their projects to all internal executives and the Old National Bank board.•
