Macy Troyer runs a thriving digital marketing agency called Goaldy; has written and published her first book, “Ready, Mindset, Go!”; and has launched a line of cards, Kindspire, aimed at spreading kindness and inspiring others. She has also been hired to speak at more than 40 events internationally on topics such as marketing and personal branding. “Macy is someone you meet and will never forget because of how she engages with you, listens and leads,” said Andrew Follman, vice president and business manager at the commercial real estate agency NAI Cressy, who nominated her. After college, Troyer spent three years learning the ropes of business development and communication at a commercial real estate firm, where she helped refresh its brand image and helped make the company more relevant through social media marketing. Soon, local CEOs started reaching out for her help. As head of Goaldy, she is responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and securing new business. “Owning a business has fostered immense professional and personal growth,” she said. “I’m constantly challenged to think outside the box, develop new skills, and become a better leader.”•
